4Points Leadership offers the following leadership services:


Leadership Cohorts - Workshops & Retreats

Participants in 4Points Leadership short and long-term workshops and retreats make up cohorts of 15 – 25 leaders from diverse industries in the public, private and nonprofit sectors.  Together they learn and grow from one another in a structured, multi-modal environment that prepares them to successfully lead their organizations, their teams, or simply themselves.

Leaders are asked to focus on a particular ‘leadership challenge’, which can be defined as a question, problem, opportunity or threat.  Participants explore their challenge--in the company of other leaders--using the 4 Points as a compass to address their challenge:  pause, orient, align and lead.

Participate in an upcoming leadership event, and take stock of your core values, strengths and talents, the purpose of your leadership, and how to balance the many personal and professional aspects of life.

Leadership Councils

4Points Leadership offers leaders and organizations skilled guidance in building a core group of stakeholders that can act as a personal or professional board of advisors to serve as advocates for the organization or leader.

Leaders often feel isolated, alone, or disconnected from those they serve. In many cases, such isolation is self-inflicted by leaders who are overburdened or burnt out.  4Points Leadership specializes in helping leaders strengthen their support and advisory networks around them by taking inventory of what is necessary to alleviate the isolation these leaders often feel.

Leadership Change

One of the greatest challenges facing organizations, specifically in the non-profit sector, is the transition of one organizational leader to the next.  One need not look too far to observe the great challenges faced by organizations still being led by a founder.  Founder-leaders most often see the need for a succession plan and work with their boards to develop one, but at the critical time of change, pull back from their plan due to anxiety about their own personal circumstances and concern about their organization’s health. 4Points Leadership assists such organizations through a collaborative and interactive process that prepares both the leader and the organization’s stakeholders for inevitable change.
