The 4Points Leadership Model:
The work of 4Points Leadership is based in the 4Points Model, which offers participants the chance to pause and reflect on their personal values and assets, orient themselves around the purpose of their work, determine the people and resources with which to align, and to develop a plan to effectively lead others through challenges within their organizations and communities.
